Kibar Otomotiv is a Konya-based manufacturer specializing in tractor three-point hitch (linkage) parts — levelling boxes, top links, stabilizer chains, drawbars and hydraulic cylinders — as well as hydraulic steering cylinders for a wide range of tractor brands.
Every part is manufactured to OEM dimensional standards, using decimal-precision machining and quality control at every production stage. Our catalogue covers Massey Ferguson, John Deere, Ford, Fiat, New Holland, Case IH, Steyr, Valtra, Deutz, Tümosan and many more brands.
We work directly with agricultural machinery workshops, spare parts distributors and export partners, combining production flexibility with consistent quality to build long-term partnerships.
Our Founder
Our founder, the late Kibar Yaylamış, had more than 40 years of experience in the metal industry. Throughout his career he held management-level positions while also working hands-on on nearly every machine on the production floor, learning every detail of the trade from the ground up. In 1983, he joined a company producing tractor linkage parts — from that point on, the design and production of linkage parts became his focus and area of expertise.
After mastering both the machining and design side of the business, he took on managing the production floor and running day-to-day operations. In 2001, drawing on this long industrial experience, he founded Kibar Otomotiv with a clear goal: manufacturing tractor spare parts to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction, with linkage parts for the most common tractor brands as our core specialization. Kibar Yaylamış passed away in February 2019; the values and standards he built continue to form the foundation of Kibar Otomotiv today.
Our process starts at material procurement and continues through internal training, a 100% non-defective control mechanism and Six Sigma shop-floor control tools — the foundation that lets us maintain high quality, fast delivery and low cost over the long term. Because we focus on customer satisfaction, we can design and produce parts in any finish or color our customers need. Our experienced technical team can 3D model and analyze any requested part, and arrange prototype production in a very short time upon request.
